3. Design Approval: Customers must approve the design of the customized product before production starts. The company may provide a draft for customers to review and approve. The use of any vulgar or obscene language is prohibited. Any statements that are harmful, insulting, discriminatory, attacking, hateful, disrespectful, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, fraudulent, threatening, false, or misleading to any individuals, companies, groups, or countries is prohibited. All images involving portrait rights and copyrights cannot be printed.

4. Production Time: The company will provide an estimated production time for the customized product, which is usually 7-10 days. This time frame may be affected by factors such as the complexity of the design, order volume, and material availability.

5. Changes or Cancellations: Changes or cancellations of orders may incur additional fees. The company may also have a policy that only allows changes or cancellations within a specified time after the order has been placed.

6. Shipping and Delivery: The company will provide an estimated delivery date, which is usually 7-10 days, but this date may be affected by factors such as the customer’s location, shipping method, and production time of the customized product. • The relevant e-Cash Voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and no changes will be given and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotion price or offers.
• The relevant e-Cash Voucher and its QR code can only be used once.
• The relevant e-Cash Voucher is invalid and not replaceable if lost defaced or altered.

2. 付款：客戶必須在生產定制產品之前全額支付或輸入Pomo Code / Discount Code。

3. 設計批准：客戶必須在生產開始前批准定制產品的設計。公司可以提供圖稿式樣供客戶審閱和批准。禁止使用任何粗言穢語或不雅用語。對任何個人、公司、團體或國家作出帶中傷、辱罵、歧視、攻擊、仇恨、侮辱、誹謗、猥褻、粗言穢語、淫穢、反感、欺詐、威脅、虛假或誤導性的字句。所有涉及與肖像權及版權圖像均不可印刷。

4. 生產時間：公司將提供定制產品的預計生產時間，一般為7-10天。此時間框架可能受到設計的複雜性、訂單量和材料可用性等因素的影響。 

5. 更改或取消：訂單的更改或取消可能需要額外的費用。公司也可能有一個政策，只允許在訂單被下訂後的特定時間內進行更改或取消。
